In case you haven't heard, Justice David Souter's retiring from the SCOTUS. Apparently he's never been a big fan of the DC, preferring his quiet, book-filled bachelor-cabin in New England. He's reported to be a very genteel, elegant, classy man, and would most certainly never hold up a sign like this one.
